Situated in a wing of Claudine's house (owner of 2 Bed and Breakfasts), gîte of 75m². Ground floor: living room with fitted kitchen giving on to the courtyard. 1st floor: 1 bedroom (1 bed 140cm), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90cm), shower-room and WC. Sheets provided. Small terrace with garden furniture, table football. Close to Futuroscope (15 km), 25 km from Poitiers and 23 km from Saint-Cyr outdoor leisure park. Car park close to the gîte.
