This detached, spacious 18th-century house is situated next door to the owners' home with a view on their lake and landscaped garden. Kitchen/dining room, lounge, shower-room, WC. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (each with 1 bed 160cm), 1 bedroom (4 beds 90cm), bathroom with shower, WC. Enclosed garden beside a private lake, terrace, parking area. Central heating (wood) included. The handsome decoration and luxury facilities showcase antique features (old beams, parquet floors, fireplaces) and traditional lime/jute wall coatings. A beautiful venue for family reunions. Boules Ground. Fishing gîte. Confolens is 11 km away and the Val de Vienne circuit 15 km. Equestrian farm at 1 km away. Housework option is possible.

Très agréable maison avec sa vue sur l’étang. L’intérieur est joliment décoré, nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Notre hôte était très sympathique et de bons conseils pour visiter les environs.
